Unable to get simple problem resolved by customer service after hours of trying

When I took my new prepaid phone into the AT&T store to activate it I discovered it won't activate. I was told I should have tried to activate it in Nov when I bought it from the agent who called me to tell me my old phone wouldn't work after Feb 22. He didn't tell me to try it out soon before the 30 day warranty expired. He didn't mention a 30 day warranty. The lady at the AT&T store gave me a phone number to call and ask for warranty department to get it covered. I spent almost 2 hours being transferred from one person to another and getting repeatedly cut off. I never did get the problem resolved.

User's recommendation: Don't buy and AT&T phone.

Difficulty access email.

I was initially speaking with someone, who could barely speak English, and I could barely understand her. However, I was transferred to another department, and I have been on hold for 33.44 minutes and no answer.

User's recommendation: Look at getting another carrier, but not Spectrum.

Phone not working, no dial tone

The phone service was restored in a couple of days. However, it was very difficult to get through to report the issue. I called five different numbers. I spoke with someone and tried the number they gave me and it did not get me to the correct department either.

Refuses to cancel

I ordered a wireless phone from them. Yesterday I tried to use the phone and got "No network, no Service." I tried to cancel, but they insist on a PIN, which I forgot. To reset the PIN they send a code to the cell phone, but the cell phone is inoperative,AvoidAVIDAvoiso I can not reset the PIN to cancel. Their manager refuses to cancel

ATT has the worst customer service

I've been an ATT customer for about 48 years. I just received my latest home landline bill, it's increased again. I called and asked for customer service 5 times within an hour only to be criticized, cut off, disciplined, spoken to in Spanish, switched to the Business accounts, Cell phone accounts, and then Directv accounts. I was told ATT does not want my landline any more. Wow, what a great concept, get rid of all the landlines. I was told the ATT stock holders want to eliminate all the landlines. I guess in order to eliminate landline users ATT is going to jack up our phone bills forcing us to give up and cancel our service.

Internet has been out for weeks and the service sucks!! I need my bill adjusted to reflect when I had no service at all. The payment is auto drafted for the service. Because the AT&T service is so bad when up and running Im paying for a service that had poor connection. Something needs to be done. I would greatly appreciate any advice and help with this and look forward to hearing from someone regarding by bill. Thank you

Why am i being over charged

Att doesn't tell you about the hidden fees when you add a line . They always try to talk you into getting more stuff even if they know you can't pay the outrageous bill they suddenly surprise you with. They won't tell you your bill in advance. They are very sketchy. They didn't take off the protection plans I asked them to the last billing cycle. They said they did but they lied because they are charging me for it this billing cycle

I never did here from them, but my landline, and everyone else's, are finally working, so that's what's important I guess.

Service sucks

My AT&T internet service has been about for about 2 weeks. But it doesnt stop my monthly payment being drafted from my account to pay this bill for no service. The service sucks for what I have to pay and I dont even get the gigobytes that I pay for monthly. I have looked for other providers in my area because if I could get something half way decent I would change. AT&T service sucks!!!! I would like my bill adjusted for the no service and problems associated. Thank you and look forward to hearing from someone.

Static on phone line very loud--please fix, AT&T

complaint of so much static on the telephone line that we cannot hear person on the other end speak. Static has even gotten worse over last few days.static on telephone line--impossible to communicate over telephone line. PLEASE FIX RIGHT AWAY.

I have spent months trying to straighten out my account

They have my phone number wrong. So I cannot change my password. I've spoken with customer service several times and still no results. I have been locked out of my Bellsouth account for several months now
