Received regular postal mail today, 08/14/2013. Letter dated: August 10, 2013. Return address for this mailing: AT&T Autopay Program PO Box 5093 Carol Stream, IL 60197-5093 (Quite a bit of fraud registered here!) AT&T Account Number:...The 4G is so slow here, you can't even do a speed test .. It comes up and says "Latency Error" everytime I try to test it ...
IT's so slow most of the time it won't connect.. The only people getting any use out of it is the city dwellers I guess. .
I know it's going to be slower but I'm not that far from a tower and according to the map I'm in a good coverage area but it's just wrong about that . According to the coverage I'm getting, you'd think I lived in the Bermuda Triangle or something.

I have been an AT&T Internet customer for a while now and then on September 5 I called to add DIRECTV to my account. I took copious notes and was given an installation date of September 16 from 8 AM...- Lack of honesty

I am having one *** of a time getting credit back from the phones I returned.. I never activated them, sent them back in 3 days unblemished..I have home service with them.. they charged me for phones .. no credits returned.. now they have suspended home service. I have spoken with agents (by the way are very good) but t..I have other issues that I would rather not air on here... I full intend to go to better business bureau... I am 69 years old.. not computer savvy... but I’m 69 and old enough to know I’ve been shanked... today is the last day I deal with AT&T directly- Very good customer service agents

About three years ago I have to buy a modem from at&t and a week later I received a letter from them about getting a discount on my Internet monthly fee of 26.00 dls for 6 months, when the bill came it...Thank You for Your Submission

You should probably report it to government authorities since AT&T doesn’t investigate fraud from outside its organization. But I am so worried about your ideal and I am so happy I got to read about it. NOT
