The 4G is so slow here, you can't even do a speed test .. It comes up and says "Latency Error" everytime I try to test it ...

IT's so slow most of the time it won't connect.. The only people getting any use out of it is the city dwellers I guess. .

I know it's going to be slower but I'm not that far from a tower and according to the map I'm in a good coverage area but it's just wrong about that . According to the coverage I'm getting, you'd think I lived in the Bermuda Triangle or something.

I had a free trial period for a phone I was told 30 days with no charge and I returned the phone intact, when I called to make sure that they received the phone, I was told that I have to pay a certain amount, and when I refuse I was sent to collection. Unbelievable

So you placed over 30 telephone calls ? At what point, if any, did you realize that your method was ineffective ?

Damage claims must be placed in writing and served via Certified Mail return receipt requested. You must substantiate your claims, place a cost value upon it, and state the remedy which will satisfy the claim. You must state a time period for action ( 7 business days is AOK ) prior to escalation of your claim. Be factual, be brief, be polite yet firm.

It is imperative that such claims be fully documented and placed in a verifiable timeline. Of course ATT ruined your property ; Dominion ruins mine and I watch them like a turkey vulture anytime they are around ....

I have the ATT so called 4G unlimited plan .. This so called unlimited plan says you get 22 or 23 Gigs of unlimited 4G data per month and "They may slow it down during peek times" .. They slow it down ALL of the time. I don't know why they call any of it unlimited 4G...

Like someone said on the other post.. "May slow you down" does not mean " turn you off".

It goes on for days here.

Not an exaggeration either. I don't know why they throttle anyone either as bad as their coverage is.
