Original review posted by user Nov 20I am having one *** of a time getting credit back from the phones I returned.. I never activated them, sent them back in 3 days unblemished..I have home service with them.. they charged me for phones .. no credits returned.. now they have suspended home service. I have spoken with agents (by the way are very good) but t..I have other issues that I would rather not air on here... I full intend to go to better business bureau... I am 69 years old.. not computer savvy... but I’m 69 and old enough to know I’ve been shanked... today is the last day I deal with AT&T directly

After 6days of no response from att I checked with my neighbor and they said that their Internet had come back up two days prior They did not get a call just reset their router and it worked. I reset my router and sure enough my phone and Internet was restored I did...

as of today I received the credits I was originally promised and I do have my tablet so far so good we will see what happens by April. I'm thinking about upgrading my phone but still not sure I don't feel it appropriate for customers to have to pay that much money for...
