Phone calls not going through even having service. | ATT review

Details
When try to make phones calls it tells me i need to make a payment even when had my mom pay for the service not too long ago. They told me they are sorry for the inconvenience. I decided to leave this phone provider because of this. Sad will be continuing with my previous provider.

Will not correct their errors | ATT review

Most of our problems are fixed but we still do not have Caller ID installed as far as we can tell and our 800 number has been hijacked - AT&T is not responsible for the 800 number problem apparently. They have made all but one of the changed we sought.

AT&T is billing us for a number we do not have. We moved to a new home four blocks where we had lived for 20 years and had two phone numbers at our former residence. It took over two weeks for AT&T to send a technician to get our phone numbers transferred to our new home located in Pine Mountain Club, CA 93222. The technician made a mistake and assigned a number to us. We did not ask for or want this number. We called and the technician came back and transferred our former numbers to this residence. I have called AT&T three times about stop charging us for this unordered number. We do not use that number – we have given it to anyone. But AT&T won’t stop billing us for it.

Lousy web site | ATT review

Details
AT&T bought DTV and their web site stinks. Takes forever to find what your looking for if your lucky and if the web site has to be constantly recovered. They change program lineup with no notice, yet know where to send the bill. Have raised the cost more often, yet take off the good programs. One more price increase and Dish here I come. At lest for 2 yrs my cost will stay the same.

Ever since a year ago whenever i call for help with my tech issues, they can't even remote into my phone even connected with spectrum's wifi and my mobile data and why is thar? I tried to turn flash off of my Note 8 and don't know how. I don't have time to waste calling tech support, as it's a gamble. I been with same carrier 40 years as ised to be Honolulu Cellular, and At&t bought um out. Became Cingular then back to the new AT&T. I am too fed up to be looking for another carrier But I am open for a good tip. Not T Mobile, as only one may be Verizon? Thanks

We transferred to AT & T this year because our other cable company cost was out of sight. We are paying less money but recently less than 3 months later they dropped our NBC local station WPMI from their lineup.To make matters worse July 4th they suddenly dropped our local CBS station WKRG. These are stations we have enjoyed for years and have many of our favorite shows on them. There is no reason that these stations can not be in your lineup. We bought this package thinking we were not losing stations and now we have not lost one, but two of our main stations. That needs to be rectified or we will be going back to Cox.

ATT is a disgrace concerning Senior CItizen's - Before ATT took over DirecTv, they were willing to work with Seniors concerning their bills - We are all living on Social Security and sometimes can't even afford tooth paste - The original DirecTv ALWAYS was willing to provide special pricing for Seniors - When your in a Senior complex and have disabilities the Television is our only entertainment - Shame on ATT for being a money grubbing corporate giant - Time to switch to DISH !!!!!
