ATT in Redmond, Washington - AT&T Fiber Optic upgrade

I was upgraded from copper to fiber optic in July in which I was supposed to have better service. I have the package of internet and tv. My tv service gets interrupted about 4 to 5 time within an hour every hour. I have had a total of literally 10 to 11 technicians come out and can not get this issue fix. I am supposed to have a field manager onsite every time I had a tech over, but on this last visit the manager never answer the call from the tech. Now the tech is saying that I need to rewire my outlet cause I have an open ground and fiber optic needs it. This is frustrating. We have been a loyal customer of AT&T since it was southwestern bell. It would be a shame to discontinue business after all this years

ATT - We have been paying uverse for cable tv which includes Fox 27 here in Springfield MO.

Details
Uverse tells me that they are in a contract dispute over money, Fox wants more MONEY...all the while holding customers hostage by not sending channel to cable companies, such as dish, uverse, Mediacom etc. If this dispute is not fixed soon I for one, plus many many more will never turn to fox again. I'm thinking seriously about going to an HD antenna I'm tired of this crap !

ATT in District 1, Mississippi - I have no phones again .

It happened May 25, 2019. Att repair men have been out here twice before on this same problem. When I call for repair, I am kept on my cel- phone for a very long time till they decide to sent a repair man days later. They want me to hold while they perform all their checks on the phone. They keep referring to the Router lights. When I tell them there is no lights. They want to know if they are red or green? It takes along time to run their checks and they are using up minutes on my cel-phone. I also lost caller ID. So you placed over 30 telephone calls ? At what point, if any, did you realize that your method was ineffective ?

Damage claims must be placed in writing and served via Certified Mail return receipt requested. You must substantiate your claims, place a cost value upon it, and state the remedy which will satisfy the claim. You must state a time period for action ( 7 business days is AOK ) prior to escalation of your claim. Be factual, be brief, be polite yet firm.

It is imperative that such claims be fully documented and placed in a verifiable timeline. Of course ATT ruined your property ; Dominion ruins mine and I watch them like a turkey vulture anytime they are around ....

My ASUS Zen phone is fully charged and I haven't been able to get a signal for a couple of hours here in Angels Camp, CA. What's up with that? I've been a loyal customer of AT&T for a long time now.
