I called to moved my service to my new location, the agent did not tell me that the service that I am currently on is not available anymore. I did not notice until I received my bill and it is larger than usual. When I called to find out, I was told my service was change to their latest plan they have available. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE??????

ATT lied to me about the new plan. I was on an unlimited plan that was affordable and they told me the new plan was less expensive. Turns out it's not and ATT does not offer this plan anymore. I don't know how they get away with just telling their customers blatant lies. Not a happy customer.....!!!
