I've had a horrendous experience with AT&T U Verse. In November I received a call from their sales rep saying if I switched my phone from TMobile I would receive a $650 gift card the end of November. An ATT attendant asked if I would like the plan where data is throttled at the end of the month. He neglected to mention that this would cost $40 more. What a piece of ***. I was told that this $ 6.39 charge on my bill was for them to recover some of their tax cost to be in business in the state of Texas. Also I,m having to pay $ 3.63 extra for a "Regional Sports Fee", for sports channels that were in my package, something about how it is in Texas. I've never had a recovery fee on any net work before. 1st time I called on hold for 45mins and then hung up.. I called again, and I've been on hold another 30 mins... and still waiting.... I want to buy a new service, but apparently that's not important to this company.... I'm trying to buy passport service for my iphone and tablet for traveling abroad and it is almost impossible to get thru the robo menu. Also, there is no service outside normal business hours. You have to go through several transfers and they ask the same questions and all I want to do is spend a $100 to buy a plan. Run from Uverse! It sucks! The internet and cable constantly goes out, several times a day.

I am so pissed that my local channels are gone!! We ordered a package and paid to have these channels! I have missed some of my favorite shows like The Blacklist. Now today they are removing another channel. They better let me out if my contract! Direct TV you are money hungry ***

I had been a mobile customer and had the same account for 19 years. Over the years I have had a few issues with them but nothing like the issues I had when leaving that service. I was hung up on because I had asked to speak with a supervisor, my account which I am disputing the last bill, somehow they associated it with my sons account and turned his service off. I got a directv bundle it was supposed to be 60 dollars a month plus tax my bill was 108 dollars didn't save me anything. I do not recommend directv to anyone I pay more for directv than I did for dish. They are very dicieving in their advising. This company is the worst. I paid the full 2 year service agreement and because I went to a new carrier 10 days before my 2 years was over they charged me. They charged me a cancellation fee even though I paid the whole contract. I called and they basically said in order to keep my phone number I would have to stay on another month to complete the deal. 24 months is 24 months not 25 ATT.
