I have been billed twice every Dec.for the last two years. When I called to ask why they put me on hold for for 15 minutes or so, several times, and then told me a bunch of lies. I do not think the customer service rep even knows what he is saying! I sure do not! I wonder if this happens to anyone else?

I will be mot definitely be filing a complaint with the FCC !! Horrible Service with cimplaints. I canceled the service. 2 months later billed for the remainder of contract @ 800.00 causing all my bills to be late and called could not understand what the foreign Rep. was saying besides her ability to tell me I was telling a lie.
