I was told the tablet was free to just to pay a monthly service charge 10 bucks a month plus insurance, nothing about a 2 year contract or i would have said *** no. found out it was a payment plan instead and the tablet has full time advertisements flashing distraction and taking up space on screen the entire time you use it. they get paid for the advertisements and by lying to us about what we are getting charged for. there should be a video... Just got off the phone with AT&T. Not only did they give me false information about my billing cycle I just found out that their so called curtsy txt message can be up to 72 hours late when you are about to go over your usage which means if you receive the message on the 27th at 90% used in reality you could of used 90% on the 25th and now they just made an extra 15.00 charge from you. My son was recently in Panama City and we obtained International Gold Plan, recommended by customer service. The whole time he was there he was unable to get any service with At & t. Thank goodness his friends all had Verizon with International Plans and they had no undisturbed cell service. my son was charged $120 for the plan in addition to the overage charges of $265(which was for 6 day period of time). I was getting a discount from ATT for internet service, due to age and disability. I paid the same for nine month's and suddenly my bill doubled!! I called customer service (Ha!) and told the person what happened and he said he could straighten this out. It seems that I was on a promotion and it ended. No notice, no email, and no call. I received two AT&T gift cards $100.00 each ($200.00 total) to use towards the iPhone 7, I tried to use it over the phone and was told it would be best to go to the store since I was using gift cards towards my purchase. For 12 years I have contacted ATT in an attempt to get High Speed Internet service at my residence. I live in a semi rural area on a one mile street which service is available on both ends. Each time I contacted ATT they stated that there is not enough ports available and there is no optic fiber line to connect to. We have had Direct tv for years now but when ATt took over our bill went up drastically and they kept making up reasons why our contract has been extended... so trapping us into paying for service yet several months we had no service at all. They sold promotions for pay channels then stated after we tried them that that extended our contract. They sent service people out to us to get a signal and should not get charged they then charged 200.00... Read more

No reception. Error 755. Phone help could not. Repair guy maybe 36 hours later

The bill is doubled then what was quoted, most of the time I have no internet. The 5 different techs promise me they will get my internet working. The visa gift card never came. Calling and trouble shooting never works because it's an outside engineering problem. Today 2 weeks after I was promised internet a nice tech explained "my ticket was floating around" but promised me I would have internet tonight. But didn't happen!!! The nice man did... Read more
