ATT in Irvine, California - Misleading deceptions

recently, i prescribed to A T & T's cable wifi and home phone package, the iniatial installation was botched which conveniently caused me to endure 11 days without any tv or cable. Also the 4 techs that came out and refused to fix the problem where like key stone cops, they didnt know what they were doing. I have been lied to and deceived through out this experience, and would hope that other customers beware.

about 7 weeks ago, i signed up with AT and T / Direc T V and so far, this whole outfit has turned out to be a shoddy knock off of other cable companies, i have to pay for half the programming on cable.....and this shoddy out dated IPHONE is too small for human hands, give me my Android back, GIVE ME BACK MY PHONE, you shiesters....i paid $700 for that phone, you, you, shiesters.....what a joke, my rewards card never came, you you shiesters......it is amazing that the government allows you crooks to scam hard working citizens and get away with it....you shiesters.......now, send me my rewards card.....so I can pay this shoddy phone bill....O K ?

ATT - Stopped shipping local channel connector kits

I called 9/5/2019, spent 2 hours and 30 minutes on the phone before I got someone that actually helped. He said that he was shipping the local channel connector kit, got an email confirmation, but the order was cancelled because they are not shipping it anymore. Because it was not effective in some areas. But they cannot say it will be ineffective at my location. Yet have been without local FOX channel for over 90 months and now without local NBC channel 24 hours before first NFL game of the year. When will this end. Pay so much for service, then add NFL Sunday Ticket, NHL Center Ice and can't watch games that I am supposed to get with those subscriptions because local channels are blocked.

Or, to put it another way: "I can't talk to anyone in the U.S. who both speaks and understands the English language." That said, good luck getting good, quality customer service from AT&T or from any number of large U.S.

companies. They like to cut labor costs so farm out their customer service to some foreign land where the costs for this are much cheaper.

This attitude gives you a hint what they really think of you, the paying customer. Good luck.

ATT - Great

After we wore transfer three times we finally got transfer to . Zack he works in Loyal customer department what can I say he was wonderful great customer service vey polite and very professional he did everything he could do to make us happy with are bill .Just wanted to but this review cause he is excellent all the employees should be just like him .He was made for this job he needs to be promoted to big and better opportunities. I tried to transfer my service on-line and after 30 minutes of errors, I call ATT. My call was dropped twice before I actually spoke with someone. He tried to transfer my account for me - and received the same errors. He said he would have to cancel my service but offered to transfer me to another team to see if they had options. The lady was laughing from the moment she picked up the phone and was zero help. Worst service ever. I asked for a transcript of the call and was told I had to go online to get. Worst experience - wasted over an hour of my time.

ATT in Redmond, Washington - AT&T Fiber Optic upgrade

I was upgraded from copper to fiber optic in July in which I was supposed to have better service. I have the package of internet and tv. My tv service gets interrupted about 4 to 5 time within an hour every hour. I have had a total of literally 10 to 11 technicians come out and can not get this issue fix. I am supposed to have a field manager onsite every time I had a tech over, but on this last visit the manager never answer the call from the tech. Now the tech is saying that I need to rewire my outlet cause I have an open ground and fiber optic needs it. This is frustrating. We have been a loyal customer of AT&T since it was southwestern bell. It would be a shame to discontinue business after all this years

ATT - Loyalty Dept = Smoke & Mirrors

Retail store recommended I purchase phones through the AT&T Loyalty Dept for receive savings. Yes, I was able to purchase 2 phones at roughly 50% of retail after hours of conversations and false promises made by them. However, my Line Access fee increased $25 per line for 24 months without me being told which ultimately make the total price of the phone 150% of what I would have paid purchasing it at full retail price. I received several conflicting explanations during 2 months of phone calls only for the Loyalty Dept to tell 'Oh Well. Can't do anything for you'. I have had 4-7 lines for 10+ years with AT&T and now can't wait to find another provider
