I recently found my Reward Card. It was packed in a box and completely forgotten about.
The expiration date was 7 months ago. I called to get a replacement since it was never used. The replacement fee is $7, which is understandable and acceptable. What is not acceptable is the $5 per month fee charged for an expired card.
I could understand it if the per-month charge is for a card in use, but an expired card? Monthly charges for a card that could not be used? Charge for the months it was valid, not the expired months. Customer service was no help, blaming the charges on Visa.
Next reward card will be applied to the bill...immediately.
If I keep them. I may switch to Cox
