They are a communications provider, correct? Then why can't their customers reach a LIVE person without going through 10 minutes of dealing with a robot?!
I have two lines, one of which I cannot call out on. I've called them 4 times on this issue. It hasn't been fixed. That was a year ago.
My phone bill just skyrocketed from 229.00/mo for two lines, to 351.00/mo. HIGHWAY ROBBERY! If I could Sue these folks, I would.
Dumping them asap. Nothing good to say about this company whatsoever!
