I've contacted them several times and they have done nothing. We had a bundle and there was a glitch on their part.
It added our DirecTV on another account and we didn't know. On our only account we knew about showed that we were current with all three ( internet, DirecTV, and wireless). They shut off our DirecTV and stated we are few months late. I called them up and they told me that it was a mistake on their part, but they can't combine my DirecTV with the rest until i pay huge bill for being late.
I told them it wasn't my fault that i was late, but they wouldn't fix it. Then i was 1 day late on my phone bill and they added almost $100 worth of late fees. Now i can't afford it. All this happened just this week.
Ugh... this weekend i'm going to Verizon!
