ATT customer service and service itself at least for land line ( luckily I have Verizon as cell provider) is terrible. Lost internet connections so many times that we switch to Time Warner ( faster more reliable).
Also, the wiring is so old that when it rains it causes the connections posts to corrode and loose connections ( as told by att technicians), and to close this out trying to speak someone on the phone you will need to go many different routes and spend many minutes on the phone answering many questions just for one persong to direct you to another one and so on. Please, ATT you are a communications mogul give service as you supposed to.
