DONT NOT GET ATT!!!! THE prices jump the customer service is horrible thats if u can get someone u can understand that soeaks good English! I have autopay my bill was supposed to be 54 a month was getting charged 158 a monthe when i asked y they told me i went over usuage every month whick was a lie! One month we we not not home for 3wks and they still said we went over! They say check data usuage on website but it kept saying it had difficulties try later! This company is full of *** and a scam internet is *** and i got a house phone that hasnt worked in6 months i keep calling to cut it off every month but they keep billing me saying i never called to discontinue service thaey are scammers

7-15-2016 I payed 377 dollars to have my service restored just to found out that I had to start service again, I was like ok but I got denied service because of a old phone bill, I tAlk to 23 customer service reps and no one explain that to me I have had uverse and internet for 2/1/2 yearsand I talk to customer service they never mention the phone bill and never mention the policy and I dont work there, So now my bill is payed And I still have no cable and AT&t is worried about an old phone bill when I been paying 200 of better every month with no problems.

Problems with payment

Cut our service and we are NOT an AT&T customer! | ATT in Travelers Rest, South Carolina

Came home after being out of town to find our Charter Cable, internet & phone service wire disconnected at the locked box. The lock was cut off and the only reason we know it was related to AT&T is because they are currently adding underground lines in our neighborhood for u-verse service. What gives them the right to cut us off and leave us unable to access our services during this 3 day holiday weekend? Of course there is no way to contact them. Can't wait for them to dig up our yard and landscaping next week. Wonder if they will take out our sidewalk as well!
