I foolishly decided to order a t & t about 2 months ago. The tech came out to install land line phone service. I changed my mind about the phone because it could only be used downstairs. I have the bundle package with AT&T (internet, cable, phone). Every night my internet connection goes out which makes my phone service go out which makes my home security system falsely go off. a telephone pole on our block burned, the whole block has been out of service. Each time I call the 800 number, I'm outsourced to some random country where the agents, Ma'am - so sorry - and state your name back to you to death, and practically read off of a script - and schedule you service calls that fall into a 4 hour window, and not only does nobody show up as you wait in your home (as if your time is worthless), but not one person calls... Since August 2015, my mobile device has had numerous issues. (1) The phone overheats. This has been an ongoing problem with Galaxy Note 3's. AT&T is well aware of these issues. At&T is the worst company I have ever dealt with it has been seven days to have a landline reconnected due to their error. Same dumb customer reps repeat the same script over and over again like robots. Problem still not solved/transfer over 20 times to different departments and none of them know what to do. On 2/21/2016 I purchased 2 prepaid SIM cards with $45 plans (on each phone) for my son who lives out of the country for his upcoming visit to the USA on 4/3/2016. I ordered phone service in early Sept of 2015. Telephone never had a dial tone. For the whole month(15-19 days) I contacted customer service for assistance with no help. Explaining to each rep that the phone was still not working Finally someone advised us to get U-Verse service, which would have been cheaper. Congratulation!!! AT&T has reached the new low in costumer service 3 weeks and no internet no emergency phone. I bought an iPhone 6 at the Santa Monica and LaBrea location last year in December. I was told that because I had not begun to work on my credit I would have to pay a down payment, so I accepted that choice.
