Reading other reviews, it seems like this is a recurrent theme and should be a Juicy class action lawsuit. I have had this happen both to my home account and my business account and seeing that it is listed here I'm betting that it is a recurrent theme. AT&T started billing my wife's account at about Sept.2016 Haven't been billed for 8 years on her account.That's because she's been dead for 8 years.When she passed I called AT&T and canceled her phone and internet account and they said they would.Called at least 5 times to get this fixed,They transfer me to 4-5 different agents and the last agent says I'll transfer you to a specialist. We set up an appointment a week ago (july 23rd) for that saturday to have them come out and reinstall our service in our new home. Called twice to confirm and they stated the same date. Saturday (July 30th) rolls around and the technician scheduled was nowhere to be found. Worst service ever! I was told when I got my phones ported from Verizon wireless after being a customer that I would receive $300 credit for each phone I ported to ATT. With that incentive I decided to give ATT a try considering I was expecting $600 (2 lines). Repeated failed attempts to Simply? pay my phone bill! For an HOUR+, auto-pay, virtual assistant, failed to respond to my verbal or auto. requests. Even when transferred to a LIVE customer service rep., requested or not, communication failed, especially, when reaching a foreign site. Philippines? Att treat their customers like idiots and get away with it. I was offered to switch my uverse tv & internet to Dtv and uverse internet for less than my current plan. The offer included faster internet and the ultimate Dtv option. I started getting email confirmation that showed different price than what i agrred to and a uverse technician visit that i did not schedule. I called about both. ATT is the worse company to do business with. I recently ordered internet with ATT. they had an online offer of $35.00 with a $7.00 equipment feed for 75mbps. I took advantage of the great offer so I though. ON the day of installation I received 18mbps with a price of $57.00 a month not including the equipment fee. Finally got rid of At&t!!! Nothing but hassel's, waiting on the phone with customer service, rates going up for inferior internet service!! Stay away from these crooks!!! In the mean time using my hotspot on my T mobile cell phone and it works great!! Free Netflix streaming, surf the net on my laptop...my connection is twice as fast!! Best thing going! T- mobile has not raised my rates ever!! They are awsome I should work for them! Read more

I had have AT&T for a long for very long time I had RCN never had a problem.Til switch to AT&T U-Verse and than.I saw a deal that would work?But well, we know!
