I have everything ATT (U-verse and now Direct TV, Att Internet, iPhones with Att and more). I have always gotten great service but there is a flaw in their Service Promise that is not true. Have already have 10 lines my account adding one more line sales guys told it will be only monthly smartphone charges 15$ then after adding when 1st bill generated they 30$ more for the additional line when i called customer care they are saying as per At&t policy allowed to added 10lines per connection additional will have 30$ additional charges no way they can override that, just week before sales person at call center told no additional... Seamless. That's what ATT said about moving our business. We relocated in the same business park. As recommended by ATT , we installed a new service that was ready to port from the existing office when ready to our new office ATT said it would be Seamless. This is day three of no telephone service at our business. I spent 4.5 hours yesterday on the phone (not ATT Phone) with their support staff. I was handed off more times the I can count... Read more

I lost service. While waiting, an employee said he could lower my bill by $50 per month. I asked "How". He replied "By changing to Direct TV". I asked "Will this require a dish to be mounted on my roof?" He said "Yes". I said "No". He disconnected my service. I reported no service. A repair tech was to come Monday. No show! Recently we had a landscape person build a small paved pathway beside our house. While doing that he accidentally damaged AT&T's fiber optic cable about a couple feet from our house that was buried about one and a half inches down (barely below the lawn line). We called AT&T and they sent a crew to re-run the cable for us. About 10 days after we got our internet service restored. In the following week we received a "Claim for Damages" from AT&T... In mid April I selected AT&T for my new small business with 4 land lines and Internet service. My service business relies on land phones to operate. Sign-up was easy. After that not so much. Install to the building was scheduled for a Friday between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00pm; AT&T never showed up that day, even after numerous calls pleading for service. I find the latest att commercials so hard to watch. The whole family is in a panic because the internet staps working. I do get annoyed when that happens but the way it is portrayed as a complete disaster just makes me sad. I know I'm probably overreacting to this, but feel families need to spend more quality time together. To me that doesn't mean sitting in the same room, staring at a screen.

today, ATT personnel dug up in my yard with a small bulldozer. I told them that there was a sprinkling system in place, but they did a terrible job of digging, ruining the sod in the lawn, and they left even though I was available to check the system while they were here. I received a call from AT&T offering me some free extra services, which I accepted. When the services didn't appear, I called them I was told that they had been offered by error and offered me $25.00 to compensate me. I responded by cancelling my service. They proceeded to bill me $150 for early termination. According to them, the fact that they broke their contract didn't justify my breaking mine. Calls to the billing department... Read more

We're on the list for Google Fiber when it's installed in our neighborhood. But, since we've been Uverse customers for many years, I thought I'd give them a chance to keep our business before Google completed their install, which is about a month or two off.
