I was an AT&T customer for about ten (10) years. I suffered through every call to Customer Service while they tried and tried to bundle my services. These calls or online chats always lasted 30 to 45 minutes of my valuable time. They wanted to trap me into a home phone (always told them no, I don't need it) and/or a TV package (on my budget, I'm an antenna TV watcher only). All I ever needed was cell service and internet. Direct tv and At&t are the worst they give u a set price at the beginning and than a year later they wanna charge u $50 more and they can't even go back that far to see if that's what why have on their notes to what our bundle was I am not satisfied at all people out there make sure u record ur promotions being offered because they will try to change it . Hi unhappy customer with att the worst service run away from them they come and go outside the house disconnect services without notifying customer I have tecnisan came out to switch line from over the drive disconnect services he didn't check with us if we can connect to the internet I have to call customer service 1 hour to setup service call for next day like we have time for att everyday to come and leave the anytime what kind of company... I signed up with At&T when I moved to Dallas a few months ago. They messed up setting up my automatic bill pay and my internet was shut off a month later. I received an email saying my bill was due, but no actual bill in the email. (I set up for paperless bill system). I’m a 20-year customer with AT&T. I have U-verse, mobility, Internet and land line service. I contemplated cancelling in February 2016 but was offered 2 free I phones to remain a loyal customer. I kept my end of the bargain but AT&T claimed they don’t retain recorded calls. I contacted the escalations department but they state they will call you back, but the call back never happens. Ordered AT&T wifi before moving into my apartment and wa told it could'nt be installed for 10 days. Not a problem...Checked to make sure it was still okay because I had never seen a confirmation E-mail, little did I know the person I ordered through messed up my Account. Every since I signed up with AT&T I have had nothing but headaches trying to get anything done with them. I was never able to use any of the online pay services or app successfully. Every time I called the rep could never find my account and I would be transferred from person to person with hold times up to an hour then most of the time my call would disconnect. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with a rep just to cancel my internet services.... Read more

Thanks AT&T after weeks of trying to get service you have failed. Let me begin with trying to activate new service. I recently purchased a house at which I tried getting internet from AT&T shouldn't be difficult right! I scheduled a time and date for an AT&T technician to come and install internet to my home. I waited two weeks for this because that's when my date was and after the day finally came my technician never showed up! I even called a hour prior to the time he was suppose to show up and they told me they would be here! I've finally removed myself from the stench of AT & T and Direct TV after several months of pure ***. Every time I spoke with someone a promise was made and then a bill would come stating an amount due 3 times what I was told on the phone. The Direct TV part was so bad it was painfully comical.
