AT&T has NOT refunded my $100 security deposit. I have waited more than the one year I am required to wait and I still haven't received any credit to my account or check. I've called customer service so many times I lost count and everyone gives me a different answer. They are so quick to charge your credit card but they can't help with just one refund??

Mislead my wife into buying an iPad mini and committing to 2 year contract and won't take it back.
