3/3/17 purchased internet service. Stated monthly charges didn't match my bill.

No one at cust service acknowledges the discrepancy. They insist on a price that's not stated on the their own order statement.

They're insisting that the charges are & should be $40 starting out plus equipment rental,then deduct a $10 discount, giving me a $40+taxes bill. But from photo anyone can see that's not what the charges state.
