I wrote about how deceptive they are, after I wrote about my experience with them , they had the nerve to send out another bill through bill collector to try to collect that $138.00 they say we owe them. I refuse to pay them.
They should take that off the $200 we were promised. We are not going to pay for deceptive sales. So I guess that Att will still be waiting for their money in the sum of $138.00, when they should just throw this $138.00 out and take a lost.
We took a lost when we did not receive the speed we were promised, and yes we also had experience when it rained a lot our phone lines was not working, this has happened 6 times an we had to wait to be serviced. Pissed Consumer-John Turner
