Saw ATT ad for switching and the $650.00 per line.I did so.
4 lines to be exact. After 12 weeks of not seeing any money, I called and was told we are still processing your request. I no sooner hung up and 3 days later received notice in the mail, that they could not read my account information or that the information supplied was fraudulent. What??
I printed everything offline from my account.
When I called them back to find out what they were talking about I was told they could not help me and I was not going to see any money from them.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of att mobile phone service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $2700. Att needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
