I checked my bill and noticed it was a couple of Bucks higher.
I contacted A TT. I asked why I didn't receive notice of the administrative going up 66 cents a month.
I got the usual ATT poor service. Would not answer the question.
Other than to say it was in the newsletter.
I feel this was very sneaky of ATT! Its bad enough paying 60 cents a month fee, for incompetent service! Than raise the fee by 66 cents.
Someone from social media said it goes by the area you live in. They can raise charges at will and the customer is surprised and stuck lying for it.
FTC should be notified about that!
Att does not care bout customer , just making money!
