I scheduled a time and date for an AT&T technician to come and install internet to my home. I waited two weeks for this because that's when my date was and after the day finally came my technician never showed up!
I even called a hour prior to the time he was suppose to show up and they told me they would be here! After calling a second time ten minutes after they were suppose to show, I was told they would eventually show up and I should just wait. So I waited and yes nobody showed up in the TWO hour window they were suppose to be here. So I called a third time and was told that they, the business itself, did not know why they did not show up.
Now I have to wait ANOTHER two weeks for the next scheduled appointment. All this just so I can get my internet installed. Honestly so ridiculous. How does the internet provider not know where their technician was at the scheduled appointment?
Then they expect me to wait another two weeks?
Really? Terrible customer service.
