I spoke to an operator at 4pm on 11/06/19 about reinstating my services they were disconnected for nonpayment. I explained I had some issues and what can I do.

She said my past due was $326 and I said I didn’t have it. She said can you pay something and I said I couldn’t do she told me she couldn’t help I needed some type of payment. I got the payment up then called back and spoke to RuthAnn who was rude and talking over me and saying I couldn’t pay a partial payment. I was told otherwise and asked to speak with a mgr the mgr was more rude and said it was nothing to support I was told I could make a partial payment and she is not giving me another arrangement that’s it.

Very rude very condescending and she does not care. Did not want to listen showed no empathy and basically knew nothing would happen to her.
