NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE from DirectTv ever contacted me concerning the TROUBLE I experienced.

Free at last, free at last of the DISAPPOINTING, SARCASTIC, LYING, RUDE, SHODDY service and employees!!!!!! This was the longest 2 years...Before getting service, I specifically asked how much it would be to get internet, telephone and television service.
I never received a bill for the amount I was quoted. Numerous times they TRIED to charge me extra fees. Several times I was told the "credits" would start so my bill would be reduced...NEVER happened. I had to file a complaint with the BBB when they charged me over $70 for the internet for a month.
They refused to lower it until I contacted the BBB. The employees at AT&T AREN'T held accountable for their words and actions.
Product or Service Mentioned: Att Bundle.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
