ATT's moving consumer to "CURRENTLY" UNWANTED & LOUSY !! First of all the BEGIN ATT page allowed consumers to customize with options, NOT AVAILABLE on CURRENTLY. Another NO OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS who are stuck with ATT phone svs because they have also SCREWED UP OUR PHONE SERVICE , AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS to CORRECT. To add to aggravation ATT will ONLY refund us by BILLING CREDITS. We've already switched Internet to XFINITY COMCAST as result of ATT LACK OF CUSTOMER SVS!!!.

ATT in Houston, Texas - Worst service EVER

I tried to transfer my service on-line and after 30 minutes of errors, I call ATT. My call was dropped twice before I actually spoke with someone. He tried to transfer my account for me - and received the same errors. He said he would have to cancel my service but offered to transfer me to another team to see if they had options. The lady was laughing from the moment she picked up the phone and was zero help. Worst service ever. I asked for a transcript of the call and was told I had to go online to get. Worst experience - wasted over an hour of my time.

Att was running a BOGO for iPhone XR in April when opening a new line. I purchased the 2 phones and opened a line that I could use for work. I showed an XR 64 but I purchased 2 of the 254's since it stated that only a maximum of $750 would be applied. When purchasing the phone it did not state that the 254's were not eligible. I just found that out when I called to ask why the credit had not been applied within the 3 billing cycles. This practice is very misleading and in my opinion fraudulent. Then you cannot cancel the line until regular business hours. Due to their misleading practices, I will be cancelling UVERSE, INTERNET, AND THE EXTRA LINE. I SPEND $700 A MONTH WITH THEM AND HAVE FOR YEARS BUT NO THEY HAVE GONE TOO FAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ATT

Reward Center online chat does not work. I held the line 40 min last week and then today almost an hr today. They have not honored their reward contract. My contract says $100 for new TV service and $100 for new internet service. They are only sending $100 for tv and just $50 for internet. I am highly pissed off at this company. GuessI will take to Tweeter. This is un believeable they r very disorganized . I have my contract. PISSED

Two days ago I received my first "AT&T" bill for my DirectTV service. The last previous bill was received from DirecTV in January. I paid it on time. Apparently AT&T made a change in their billing department and is now sending a bill payable to AT&T instead of DirecTV....

when I received my current Directv bill I was surprised by a credit card payment of $288.55. I had auto pay for my tv bill which is around $95.00 a month.

After talking to my husband he realized that the $288.55 was supposed to go for our home phone and cell service. Here is the funny part if you want to call it funny, I call it stupidity on ATTs behalf. The TV bill is in my name and the phone bill is in my husbands name with 2 completely different account numbers. TV bill was on auto pay with a debit card and my husband paid the phone bill through our bank payment center, no credit card associated with this.

After spending over 2 hours on the phone trying to get the $288.55 from the tv bill to the phone bill we were told they could not do that, that they have to send the $288.55 back and that took 5 days for them to return it to our bank account. My husband resubmitted the $288.55 again.

We were assured that we would not be charged a late fee for there screw up, just received our current phone bill and it is over $500 and also a LATE FEE. I have been a Directv customer since 1996 before it was called Directv, December 26, 2019 my 2 year sentence is up and Directv will be out of my house for good.
