New phone received, no sim card installed error. Called and was told sim card bad on same day phone received and that they would priority mail new sim card.
Four days later no sim card received, called and was told it did not get processed and new sim card would be sent overnight. Received new sim card next day and low and behold same error "no sim card installed" after activating sim card. Called and transferred 10 times to a new person to explain the story to again each time! Got absolutely nowhere.
Made appointment at att store to replace this brand new non-operational phone where they tell me i now have to take it to an apple store where they will fix or replace my new phone with a refurbished one!
WOW! What kind of customer service is that suposed to be?
