Came back to direct tv after spectrum upped my bill double, found a bundle package with direct tv and switched after having an issue with auto bill not working I cancelled the premium channels after trail was over like I was supposed to do. The person said they fixed my auto bill and cancelled the premium no charge to me and the credit will be on the next bill.

6 phone calls at 1 to 2 hours each put on hold forever. they shut off my cable and internet for nonpayment of the credit that is due to me. I am calling other companies to provide my tv and internet and changing if this is how this is going to be.

all this over 63.24 that shouldn't be on my bill to begin with. I am telling everyone to say away from att/direct tv they suck.

I think ATT trains their people to lie. How else could they be as completely incompetent as they are?

This is one of the worst corporations hands down. If we had a better government...they would shut this joke of a telecom company down.
