Pissed Consumer sent me an email with AT&T contact information. The phone number is no longer a customer care number it is now a direct tv install number.

The email address has been discontinued.

We had a very bad storm on June 23, 2018. We were without power for two days.

When the power came back on we did not have AT&T anymore. We called to report it. We were told we would receive a new modem in 10 days! When we pleaded with them they agreed to expedite to 7 days!

Well, we did not receive it. We called to report it. Automated service said order was completed on the 7th day but a person said it was never shipped. They would next day air a modem.

So on the 10th day we received a modem. Still no internet. Called to report. Scheduled a tech on the 16th day without internet.

They keep telling us to go online to report or check status! WE DO NOT HAVE INTERNET! The internet on our smart phones is long used up! A tech showed up and said he was not allowed to fix whatever was wrong with our internet.

So someone else was on their way. We saw them come out but they never came to our door and then they left without talking to us! We called and were told to wait till tomorrow. So does that mean someone is coming tomorrow?

Alas, NO! On the 17th day no one came. We called to report and were given attitude by Employee ID# tf3832 case number #k32373553. We are now scheduled for a tech to come out on the 21st day without service.

We are told there is no way to escalate our problem within the company. No complaint department. Cannot go up the management ladder. So AT&T is so big they did away with the complaint department!

Neat way to get rid of bad reviews. We have an adult student in online classes in college. Public wifi is not a very good alternative. We cannot pay bills; however, rest assured AT&T is auto paid so they got their money in all this.

We pay $100 a month for just internet! They have finally agreed to give us a credit of $40. That is not even half of what we pay and we have been without internet for over half the month. Oh and by the way, we cannot get internet from anyone else where we live.

AT&T is the only one that provides service to our area. So where do we go for resolution. They did finally agree to give us an address to write to.

Great snail mail option. Are you kidding?!
