back on 2/6, and 2/7 2018 I called to cxl service I was then offered by 3 different people u300 and internet for 92.00 plus taxes, received bill today 3/15/18 and was for 258.00. when i called to question I was informed could not get that offer stating more or less that these 3 people that gave me theses prices must not have understood because they were across seas, you know dialog/reading issues-good excuse, easy out.
so instead put me to u200 and internet for 100.00 plus tax per month and for some reason promotional price was never entered.
plus new service was suppose to start on 2/10 and on 2/13 when I called they didn't understand what happened. very disappointed in the handling of services.
