Unfair/unethical billing methods used for billing by mail. I want all the utilities/services I utilize to mail my bills.
The AT&T bill is due in 25 days (not 30) and the bill is not mailed promptly after being generated. By the time the bill is received in my mailbox, I typically only have 9-10 DAYS OR LESS TO PAY BILL. I have contacted AT&T twice regarding this matter. I asked that they consult with billing and change the cycle date to what they thought would resolve this problem.
The cycle date was changed. I STILL ONLY HAVE 9-10 DAYS OR LESS TO PAY BILL. If I contact AT&T again, I know nothing will change. If the goal of these practices is to make customers angry AT&T has accomplished their goal.
Are these practices in use to scam late charges from customers. THE BILLING PRACTICES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE UNFAIR/UNETHICAL AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE.
