My daughter purchased a phone and returned it within one week because she was not authorized on my account to purchase the phone and alter the contract. They took the phone back and provided a receipt for the return.

I was billed the entire $799, and told the company store didn't enter the return. I offered to send in the receipt and provide a tracking number. AT&T told me to go back to the store and ask them to put in the comments that the phone was returned. Worst customer service.

They are disorganized, uncaring and give the customer the run around.

Will never use this company again. Have had bad experiences with Direct TV too.
