So after 2 several hour long service appointments - the Internet works then repeatedly drops. My architecture worked at a slower speed prior to the upgrade to 75MBPS and with Xfinity 100MBPS service.
The ATT gateway has been replaced twice and the same problem keeps recurring. Curiously, the service works during a call to technical support or when they come out for service. So either the equipment doesn't work Arris NVG 599 DSL Router Gateway or they intentionally throttle Internet speed causing drop.
All I can recommend is not upgrading or stick with Xfinity. Bottom line the service doesn't work - beware.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $400.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
ATT Cons: Service not working.
