This all started over 5 weeks ago now. My UVERSE went out and after 3 days of waiting for AT&T to come out, they ended up having to run over 400-500 feet of new cable outside.
After 2 weeks, I called and they had no record of this at all. They sent someone back out (so I thought) but another week later I found out that they said they couldn't get in the gates.
(even though it has clear instructions for deliveries/repair people) They sent another person out again yesterday but they still couldn't tell me when this would be buried.
I have been communicating with their complaint department but hasn't done any good either.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
ATT Pros: It at first.
ATT Cons: Repair service lately.
