Hi,

I have got Blackberry Bold 7 months back from ATT, within 3 months I had a problem with the screen(Completely gone blank) and they sent me a different piece, again after 6 months I got another problem on the screen, which is different from earlier problem(Black line developed on the screen). I have contacted ATT and explained the problem and they told me that since I do not have insurance on the phone, they can't do anything, although it is still under warranty.

I did not do any damage to the phone, they also accept it, but still they say warranty doesn't cover it. I went ATT device support center in Newnan, Georgia, and I have not seen such irresponsible people ever, they did not even show minimum courtesy.

I have been a customer to ATT for almost 4 yers, but I am really regretting.
