i have only had service for 30 days.honestly, i hate at&t.
this solace 2 is a terrible device. i was charged for 15.5 over of internet usage because the phone launces apps if you press against something even if it is in your pocket. they could care less. i explained my current situation and all that they say is 2 more years.
i hate the phone and the service. i wanted an iphone for customer satisfaction. they say that i can get the iphone in 2 years. i am considering using the solace 2 AS A frisbee daily.
it is a terible device and the customer relations dept is a joke. i am a very unsatisfied customer. i was with verizon for 5 years before i switced and boy did i mess up. i recommend at&t to no one.
sorry. after 30 days and numerous attempts to resolve the issues, which are minor , they refuse to budge. my number is 7066683463 justin wrenn. they will not even return my calls.
