On 10/29/2018 my household received an BUNDLE package from att, upon installing the service the technician only had one box to cover our service, A three bedroom house with an living room , only have one room of service, the problem started when the order was placed, the rep took down the wrong info, incorrect spelling of the email, we never received an confirmation email because it was input wrong after spelling it several times, the password was incorrect, never explain the packages to choose from, we called from 5pm up until 10pm got hung up on , calls keep getting transfer and transfer, one claim he only speak Spanish so therefore he didn't know any English we are very pissed there's no way I will stay on a two month contract, I understand the policy and the contract but poor customer service and no one wants to fix the issue , getting tired of calling and no resolution on the issue
