AT&T switched this area to Uverse. Since then i have very poor service, slow internet speed, poor connectivity about 75% of the time.

They used to send technicians to check outside lines and on both previous visits found the issue on their lines. Now they are required to check interior lines first (for a fee to to fix issues of course) before they check their lines for free. There is no way for the customer to know if they find anything inside the house or not, just their word, which after 2 years of dealing with customer service I DO NOT TRUST. And they never have technicians available for doing this work after 4 PM and want me to wait for 4 hours.

I am not getting the service I am paying for and I believe AT&T is being fraudulent in promising services that is does not support.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Send technicians to check outside lines first. Simple. .

I didn't like: Customer service, Problem not being repaired.
