ATT - Very Poor service!
Att service is very bad. I was on hold for 25 minutes only for the rep to tell me his system was down and that i would have to call back!!!! then he hung up on me when I asked if he would email that to me so I would have it in writing.
I hate ATT!!!
They do not provide one ounce of customer service ! I am going to try to find another company. I have been with them so long I donโt want to change but I must! They donโt care about their customers any longer.
At least twice a week I have to reboot my modem and trouble shoot the system. I should not have to do that! They change my modem at least twice a year. They send techs out to service the major lines down the road. At least twice a year. ATT needs to get out of the business if they canโt handle it anymore!
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
ATT Pros: Longevity at the company.
ATT Cons: Rude agents.

I think we all need to leave ATT in order for them to know we are tired of poor service. They sell DSL but have admitted that it is outdated and does not work well. Yet they charge full price for it.
