I had two tablets and we were travelling thru canada. We were on wifi most of the time and when we made it to kansas and recieved our bill the overage fees were just huge.
We called customer service and all we get are different excuses and they said they called the number on the account which happened to be the number that goes directly to the tablet. Now we are dealing with a HUGE bill that we cannot afford because they said they emailed us too and the email that they contacted is no longer in service.this sucks
