I ordered an iphone back in september and I have yet to receive my order.I was told I would receive it in october then I called to check the status because I still had not received it and was told I would get it in November finally I receive an email stating that my order has been canceled.
I called att several times to no avail. The reps were extremely rude, would not let me talk to a supervisor and simply told me I had to submit a new order and wait two more months.
I am livid!!!!!!!This is not a good example of the great customer service att brags about.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
