Att - Waiting and Waiting for AT&T landline voicemail
I have a new AT&T land line phone.It should have included voicemail service, but it does not.
I spent 5 hours Monday, Oct. 28, and spoke to 14 AT&T representatives, who could not help and shifted the call to another agent. No one (except one man named "William") seemed to know if I had voice mail or if I had an AT&T line (I was talking to them over that line). The 14th person said a representative was coming to my house to install voicemail on the line between 8 AM and 8 PM that day.
That person never appeared, of course.Certainly they do not care, and now neither do I.
