Att - Want me to pay for cancelled service-then wait for refund
I cancelled my home phone and DSL.I have received a bill for service to occur after the cancellation date.
When I called about this I was told to pay it and then I would get a credit on the next bill? And if I don't pay by the due date, I will have service fees added. What? I DONT HAVE SERVICE ANYMORE.
Why should I pay for something I'm not using. And like they would really refund it.
It took 9 months and 6 calls to get the modem credit they promised.Will probably cancel all my services and go elsewhere.
