I have never experienced such a "run-around" by a company in my entire life.The insurance office I work in couldn't get incoming calls for over five days--literally detrimental to our business and put MANY customers in distress.
I would never recommend this phone service to anyone.
Shocked that a company could be so rude and dismissive.We called over ten times everyday asking for assistance, and all we were told back is that they would "call us." Save your money and go to Att&t or some other carrier...this is the best advice I could ever give any business.
