Last may in Green Bay Wisconsin, was told about the transfer and receive free 400 prepaid credit card. The store attendant confirmed this...after a cpl wks nothing?
Called customer service and they said its in the mail...again cpl wks,natta.again! Provided all necessary paperwork, drove 75 miles in total just to find that the store didnt enter the card #! So i called back and they said,SORRY THAT DEAL EXPIRED? WTF?
on top of that,if i would have ported the same cell number, i would have gotten another $200? Six hundred dollars? I do understand that if you dont tell thw the costumer about it,he dont get the 200! But when you make a promise and default, thats FALSE ADVERTISING!
NOW,AT&T HAS NO RECOLLECTION OF ANY CALLS,STORE VISITS PAPERWORK HANDED OVER BY AN ATTORNEY OR WHEN THIS HAPPENED! BAIT AND SWITCH. IM SERIOUSLY HOPEING MORE PPL COME AND LEAVE THERE 2CENTS. ITS ALMOST ENOUGH TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
SO ANYONE ELSE WHO HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN, CALL A LAWYER. 1 HR AND 22 MINS ON THE CELL AGAIN. ..BUT LET ME SAY,BEING IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT, INJURIES, AND TALKING WITH AN ATTORNEY, THEY CUT MY SERVICE? ONE MANAGER AGREED TO PAY 200..TRANSFER ME TO GET THE CREDIT AND NO RECORDS OF MY CALLS,PAPER WORK AGAIN....THE FIRST 5MINS THE MANAGER WAS GONNA DO IT...CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER ME BACK to the original manager?
