I would love to smite these people.The attendants have been generally uniformly nice, but when there is a problem with their internet service, which has become increasingly frequent (even when I visited a friend, they were working on his,) it takes a long time to get through.
I called last night, they checked the line automatically, the recording said I could get right through and have my problem dealt with. Today, I called, six minutes on hold and THE PHONE SERVICE DIES.
Another 5 minutes to get through to an attendant, she can't find my service.ENOUGH SAID?
