Att - WHY DO THEY NOT HAVE YOU SIGN FOR YOUR PHONE?!?!
Called At&t's customer service line today, they said they didn't require a signature when they deliver you a new phone...so the *** FedEx driver can just leave it on your doorstep!Really?!?!
A $600 phone can just be left on a DOOR STEP?!?! I live in an apartment community with 500 apartments! Of course its gonna get stolen! And of course when it's on your dime they can ship it to you the next day, but when it's on their dime it takes 2 freaken weeks to send you a replacement!!!!
This company is an absolute joke!
They wouldn't have to send so many replacements if they just had better policies!Gosh...as soon as my two year *** contract is up I am outta here!!
