spent 4 plus hours with tech support didn't have replacement battery. had to return one device 60 miles away.

no ups pick up here. now teck support says I have to go to att store to have the device updated another 20 miles. I cannot say enough negative things about this device and certainly won't recommend get a wifi from your company. been a customer since 1977.

have been without internet for over 2 weeks. what if I can a business? I have a contract for one year.

you certainly have not held up your end. if I had dial up or satelite

I had the same issue with my 2 Elevate devices (office & home). I was able to upgrade 1 to a Unite & tech support sent me a new battery for the other, which helped for about a week until the new battery overheated...still many moons away from being eligible for an upgrade...rather frustrating!
