Today we went to the AT&T office in Bozeman MT. I am a senior & I only use the cell phone for emergency. It is a prepaid cell plan of 10c/ min. Tel no 406 580 8020. We have been out of the country for sometime. This morning I plugged in the cell phone to charge. I saw that the balance is 0. It has a balance of $61 as of yesterday.

The manager of AT&T Bozeman MT cannot do anything to restore the

$61 wiped out. She said that the only way to avoid this problem is to

put $100 & it will be good for 1 yr. Is this AT&T's way to help the seniors? Even with your contract that your clients sign up in the beginning, this to me is a legalized robbery.

I hope that other people will be aware of your program & avoid your company like a plague especially the older people.
