The quality of their service is dropping. Conversely, the cost of their service is going up. My connection is CONSTANTLY just dropping out, then takes two to three minutes to reconnect. And as short as another five minutes, it drops out again for two to three minutes.

This makes it extremely difficult to engage in on line gaming and impossible to enjoy any kind of streaming, such as NetFlix.

I am paying for FIBER OPTIC connection, yet there is no fiber optic cable to my house. I have been told there is fiber optic IN to the local hub, but it does not connect back OUT to anything in the local area.

Once I find a decent alternative, will NEVER use AT&T again!
