Not resolved

I purchased an AT&T prepaid phone online and activated it after it arrived. For 2 days now, I have been trying to put money into the account to start it working, but it keeps saying it does not recognize the phone number.

When I call the prepaid customer service, it hangs up on me because it can't "recognize the phone number" I am inputting. They don't even give me the option to talk to a representative at all. I go online, and it does not "recognize the phone number".

I purchase a refill card, but it doesn't "recognize the phone number". Now I have a prepaid phone that I don't want anymore because their prepaid customer service is awful.
